At least one person is dead this morning after a crash in north Jackson. A car slammed into a light pole and the car appears to have wrapped around the pole.

Mississippi MOVE, Mississippi Greek Weekend, and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity hosted their fourth annual "Sleep Out to Help the Homeless" Tuesday at Pittman Park. The "Sleep Out" is meant to demonstrate what it's like for homeless people who have to sleep out in the cold, when they aren't able to find a shelter.
